Demant is globally recognized for developing and producing premium hearing aids. Behind the products stands a rapidly growing Hearing Care division with more than 5,000 clinics and 15,000+ employees across the globe. The mission is clear: helping people with hearing loss live better lives.

To support future growth and business ambitions, Demant is undergoing a major digital transformation. Over the next 6–8 years, more than 100 applications will be replaced while Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO & CE is rolled out across 25 countries.

As Microsoft D365 CE Solution Architect, you will become a key part of one of the company’s most important transformation programs, helping establish a global template and continuously onboarding new markets. This is a unique opportunity to shape architecture and solutions at true enterprise scale.

Your role:

You will join a program consisting of 80+ specialists, including Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and business stakeholders. Your primary focus will be to define, design, and support the delivery of the new global D365 CE platform, including capabilities such as Customer Insights - Journeys (marketing automation), Universal Resource Scheduling, and case/call handling through Microsoft Contact Center.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead key architectural decisions across Marketing, Sales, and Service domains, ensuring scalable global solutions and strong business outcomes.

  • Translate business requirements into robust and future-proof solution designs, leveraging standard D365 CE capabilities whenever possible.

  • Provide technical direction to Product Teams, remove technical blockers, and ensure alignment with architectural principles and governance.

  • Collaborate closely with other Architects, Product Owners, and both global and local stakeholders to evaluate options and make informed decisions.

  • Participate in refinement sessions, clarify solution intent, and support the delivery of high-value functionality.

  • Apply your expertise within D365 CE, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Azure to ensure a strong and scalable technical foundation.

You will become part of a strong architecture community alongside skilled functional consultants and developers who share a passion for building modern and scalable solutions.

The team:

You will join the Global Customer Engagement team within Hearing Care IT - an international team consisting of Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Solution Architects, Scrum Masters, and UX-specialists.

The team is primarily based at Demant’s headquarters in Smørum, Denmark, with flexibility to work from home in accordance with company policy. The culture is characterized by collaboration, professionalism, and a strong sense of community.

The role includes approximately 10–15 travel days per year, often together with colleagues and project teams.

What we are looking for:

Technical competencies:

We imagine that you bring:

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Azure - alternatively experience from similar enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce or SAP.

  • Understanding of end-to-end processes across CE, FO, and Dual Write.

  • Experience with Customer Care or Contact Center solutions (Microsoft or others).

  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

  • Experience from global CRM implementations and complex go-live processes.

  • Several years of CRM experience, ideally within B2C environments.

  • Curiosity and motivation to stay updated on new Microsoft releases and evaluate their business value.

  • Experience working in agile teams and large transformation programs.

  • Understanding of IAM, security, role administration, and licensing models.
