Agile Delivery Manager – Turn Priorities Into Progress at RiskPoint
On behalf of RiskPoint, we are looking for a structured and hands-on Agile Delivery Manager to join their growing IT-team. If you thrive on bringing people together, creating clarity across complex deliveries, and helping teams turn priorities into reliable outcomes, this could be your next career opportunity.
About RiskPoint:
RiskPoint Group is a fast-growing global Managing General Underwriter (MGU), providing best-in-class insurance solutions backed by the insurance companies they represent.
As an Agile Delivery Manager at RiskPoint, you will become part of a growing IT-organisation, working closely with colleagues across technology and the business. You will play a key role in driving delivery across teams, functions, and external partners, both in Denmark and the rest of the world.
RiskPoint operates in an agile and collaborative environment, with strong cross-border cooperation across all business lines. With a flat organisational structure and a culture built on trust and responsibility, RiskPoint offers employees the opportunity to make a real impact, take ownership, and grow both personally and professionally.
About the Position:
As an Agile Delivery Manager at RiskPoint, you will play a central role in turning priorities into structured and predictable delivery. You will be responsible for coordinating work across teams and stakeholders, establishing a clear delivery rhythm, and ensuring that dependencies, risks, and decisions are identified and addressed at the right time.
This position goes beyond traditional project management. You will support agile ways of working, helping teams plan, prioritise, and deliver effectively, while respecting the responsibilities of Product Owners and the teams' ownership of their day-to-day activities.
The position is based onsite at RiskPoint's Copenhagen office, with occasional domestic and international travel.
You will report to Programme Manager, Christoffer Marcus Tøttrup, who is based in Copenhagen.
Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Drive day-to-day delivery coordination across multiple teams, stakeholders, and external partners
Turn agreed priorities and outcomes into clear, realistic, and well-sequenced delivery plans
Facilitate planning sessions, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and other relevant delivery meetings
Create and maintain a transparent delivery rhythm with clear milestones, commitments, and follow-up
Identify and coordinate cross-team dependencies and help resolve blockers before they affect delivery
Maintain clear visibility of progress, risks, issues, decisions, and required escalations
Coordinate release and implementation activities, including readiness, testing, approvals, communication, and handover
Help teams apply practical agile methods suited to the work, rather than following a fixed framework for its own sake
Support continuous improvement of delivery practices, governance, collaboration, and ways of working
Provide clear and concise status updates to stakeholders and management
Help build a strong delivery culture based on ownership, transparency, cooperation, and reliable follow-through
Please note that applicants must currently reside in Denmark and hold a valid work and residence permit. Fluency in both written and spoken Danish and English is required.

Experience using common planning and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
It-is furthermore a requirement that you have a proven track record of working effectively in team settings, communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and building trusted relationships across organisational boundaries.
To be successful in this role, they expect you to take ownership, create structure without unnecessary process, communicate clearly, and stay focused on progress and outcomes. You should be comfortable working in an environment where priorities can change and where good delivery depends on close collaboration.
Although not required, RiskPoint would prefer candidates who have:
Experience with software delivery, testing, release, and implementation processes
Experience working with distributed or cross-border teams
Certified in Scrum, agile delivery, or project management
